ADVERTISEMENT FOR JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW
Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow for project entitled "Mobile phone and tower exposure measurements and Biological correlation in Drosophila" funded by Department of science and Technology, Govt of India.
Objective :
- To determine the level of EMF exposure in experiments by measurement of radiation from mobile phones and mobile towers in relation to current Indian standards.
- Biological correlations of Drosophila exposure to mobile phone frequency on apoptosis and genotoxicity.
Position - 01
(Junior Research Fellow)
Desired Qualification :
- M.Sc / M.Tech- Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Science, Molecular Biology, Environment Science, Applied Science.
- NET JRF would be preferred.
- Protein, DNA handling, mutation assays,
- Experienced working with Fluorescent microscope
- Experience in Molecular biology
- Drosophila rearing
Emoluments :
- As per DST norms.(non NET candidate would get 10% less)
