Journal of CRM, a quarterly publication is soon to be launched from the portals of the Centre. Plans are afoot to put this journal on the web along with creating an online community. The Centre also proposes to develop a well-equipped Information Resource Centre and Lab for researching and solving the real-life Customer Relationship Management problems of all types of business
