  • Forms are available,

  • Online at www.amity.edu/admission

    • a. By paying online with credit card

    b. By downloading free and submitting with DD in favor of "AMITY FORMS" payable at New Delhi

  • At select UTI Branches (click here for details)

  • Complete the application form with care.

  • Fill in the Online Data Form at www.amity.edu/admission with your form number and password.

  • Submit the duly filled in Application forms with certified copies of certificates / testimonials to the admission office of the respective campus you are applying to.
