Possess a Master’s Degree in Sociology from Patna University, Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan and a Post graduate Diploma in Personal Management from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University with distinction. He has also been trained in “Management in Government” from Department of Business Administration, Osmania University, Hyderabad and National Financial Institute, Faridabad.

Has around 40 years of experience in administration and Public Examinations. He has worked as Joint Secretary of Central Board of Secondary Education and has held responsibilities for Administration and Public examinations namely All India Pre-medical and Pre-dental examination (AIPMT), All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE), and Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test in addition to Board Examinations. He also remained a member secretary in several independent committees on education. He heads the Academic department at AIBS as his current role.

Dr. Kshamta Chauhan’s academic credentials are Ph.D., M.A. in Economics, PGDBM and B.Sc.. Her Doctorate from Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut, was on “Economic Analysis of Oil India Limited since economic liberalization –a case study". She carries extensive experience in teaching and academics for the last ten years in various management institutions. Her teaching and research interests are in the area of International economics and marketing. She is also involved with the Academics at AIBS in ensuring operational excellence in all spheres.

He has over 4 years of working experience in Teaching IT & administrating Academic Activities like conducting Examination.
His profile at AIBS includes process automation, Academics excellence, Conduct of classes and curriculum planning and Management of Online & Traditional Database.
He is also involved in teaching various IT subjects like System Analysis & Design, E-Commerce etc.
His expertise is in Information Technology & Human Resource Management, capable of managing & Designing Information system, Trouble Shooting of Network, System & Database Management.

She has done her graduation and post graduation from Delhi University and has completed five years as a Qualified Chartered Accountant. She has over three years of experience in preparation of financial statements of companies, audit of various manufacturing and service concerns, filing of income tax returns , providing consultancy related to fund raising etc. she has an additional two years of experience in teaching specialized branches of Finance. Like Accountancy, Financial Management, Costing, Income Tax etc. to students of professional courses such as CA,ICWA ,CS etc.
As her domain of work at AIBS, she is involved in Academic processes like class management, analysis of the results of the students of various UG and PG programs, conduct of the examination etc. She is also the faculty for Business law in AIBS.

She commenced her education at the esteemed St. Joseph’s High School, Chandigarh. She is a Bachelor in Arts from M.C.M D.A.V College – Panjab University, Chandigarh in English Literature.
She is an M.B.A. from Amity University, Noida with a dual specialization in International Business & Human Resources.
She is currently pursuing her PhD in Human Resources.
