He is a Graduate in Science From Guru Nanak Dev University, Punjab with Post Graduation in Public Administration and two years Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Punjabi University, Punjab and has submitted PhD thesis on Topic " Impact of Organizational Climate on Managerial Effectiveness " with special reference to Pharmaceutical Industry. He has to his credit a blend of 20 Years of experience of working in very reputed multinational organizations like Glaxo and Ranbaxy in managerial capacities for about 13 years and as Professor, Director and Group Director in various prestigious academic Institutions for about 7 Years. His Core areas are Strategic Human Resource Management, Organization Behavior, Trainings and Organizational Change and Development.
Since, he had a passion for teaching; initially he started sharing his experience with students as a visiting faculty in reputed management institutions that includes institutions like IIHMR, Jaipur and others. He further decided to fully devote rest of his time with zeal to develop young managers at Amity International Business School, Amity University, Noida.
He excels in the studies of Behavior Sciences and Research which helps students understand the real live situations in the organizations. He also directly or indirectly indulges into developing students’ personality in terms of their personal bearing, power of expression and managing self.
He has various publications in leading referred National and International Journals and also publication in the form of lessons for various University curriculum in the areas of Insurance and HR.
He has served as member of Board of studies and member of new courses in many prestigious Indian Universities. He has won various awards and honors in Industries and academia. He is an active member of various professional management and social bodies.
Prof. V.P. Kakkar

He has done his MBA from IGNOU and BE in Mechanical Engg. From Punjabi University, Patiala. He has two specializations - Post graduation in Human Resource Management, and a Post Graduate diploma in Management. He was conferred with gold medal in PGDHRM by the then President of India.
He has a vast experience of over 3 decades, out of which he has more than 25 yrs. of industry experience. He last worked as Dy. General Manager (HRD Centre) in BHEL at Hardwar. While in industry he has worked in various disciplines like HR, HRD, Industrial Engg., Management services and Management Planning and Inventory Control. He has been a visiting faculty to industry, Engg. And Management Institutions. Prior to Amity he has also worked as Prof. and Dy. (HOD) of MBA wing in Indra Prastha Engg. College Ghaziabad and Institute of Management Studies as Prof. in HR/Management. His many papers have been published in the area of Industrial/Mechanical Engg. Management, HRD and HRM. He is also an accredited Management faculty by IIMA.
Dr. Swaralipi Saha Chakraborty

She has the credit of publishing book on Human Resource Management She completed her PhD. in "The Impact of HRD on Organizational Effectiveness-With Special Reference to NGOs."She has done her Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (National Institute of Personnel Management, Kolkata) and Masters in Human Resource Management, Department of Business Management, Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur. Done various projects in the field of human resources.
Dr. Deepmala Soni

She has done her PhD from Avadh University. She also holds a Masters degree in Commerce and has presented several papers in seminars. She has a work experience of six years in academics. Her areas of interest include Industrial Relations, Financial Accounting and Managerial aAccounting.
Ms. K.P.Kanchana

Ms. K.P Kanchana is an MBA (HR) from Indian Institute of Science and Management, Ranchi with distinction and has qualified UGC Net in Management. She is having 6 years of teaching experience. She has presented several papers in the National Seminar and had published many articles.
Dr. Shruti Tripathi

Having done her Ph. D. from University of Allahabad, she has Around 6 years of work experience in Education and Administrative sector and 41/2 years of Research experience.
Her work experience includes being a Faculty Member of U.P. Prashasan Evam Prabandhan Akademi, Lucknow, (which provides training to national & state level Civil Services officers, research consultancy, management and IT training to PSUs) training class IV employees to class II level officers (PCS officers), Principals of colleges, PSU officials apart from regular PG level students. Organizing National/State level seminars on issues like gender, environment, bureaucracy and other management training and development programmes as Course director and Coordinator and have been Course Coordinator for IAS Probationers also. Her research experience includes making an HRD plan for UP Pollution Control Board, training modules for UP Awas Evam Vikas Parishad for the three managerial levels of the organization on the basis of vision statement made by IIM Lucknow, for enabling it to become a global organization and achieve a turnover of Rs.1000 Crs., on which an MOU was signed for the first time between the client and Akademi. Currently reviewed the Hindi translation of the best seller book by Pearson Education, India –Winning Habits: Techniques for Excellence in Sports by B.P. Bam. (The book has been praised by the likes of Rahul Dravid, Aparna Popat, Geet Sethi, Anjali Bhagwat, Prakash Padukone and others.)

She has MBA Degree in HR and Marketing from UP Technical University Lucknow and Professional Diploma in Web Designing from Arena multimedia.
She has 4yrs of experience, out of which one year has been in the corporate i.e. in various managerial capacities performing functions in the field of HR. She has been with AIBS for past one and half years. She has been taking sessions on various subjects of HR and Behavioural Science. Apart from Academics she is an Assistant-Editor of Amity Global Business Review (An International Research Journal of Amity International Business School).
