With a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Masters in Economics from Arizona State University, his area of expertise is "Static and Dynamic Economic System and Econometric Model Building and Analysis".
He was in dean's honor list. He has worked in the US for fortune 500 companies like Exxon, GE Capital, Westing House, Citi Group and International Organizations like the World Bank and the Boston Consulting Group.
He is the nominated member of Indian Econometrics Socirty, nominated by the then Governor of Reserve Bank of India, Dr. D. Rangarajan in the year 1996. He has numerous publications in the area of Macro Dynamic System and Interntional Trade Dynamic for the National Bureau of Economic Research.
At the age of 21, he was the youngest person to present a paper at the World Bank’s Global conference in Washington DC, in 1984. For his academic excellence he was awarded the leadership scholarship by Senator Barry Goldwater, the then Governor of Arizona State in the year of 1987 and 1989.

Mr. Vijay Sahni

He has done his MBA in Human Resources from National Institute of Management. He has more than 20 years of experience in the Industry. Before joining at AIBS, he was the Managing Director in M/S Spade India and was honored with the Economic Industry Confederation award. He was also the Managing Director with Strips and Wire Pvt. Ltd. He was consultant to different Export Houses. His Strengths are to create links between the Students and the industry and through his experience as an industrialist prepare them to deal with the challenges post by the industry. He is the alumni of Hindu College, Delhi University, which he passed out in the year 1975.

Ms. Aparajita Dasgupta Amist

She has a working experience of over nearly 7 years in the industry. Worked as a senior consultant in A.F.Ferguson &Co as well as in Price Waterhouse. Worked on market related assignments and sectoral project reports for international and national clients and governmental organizational bodies.
Served as a lecturer and trainer in the call center industry teaching organizational behaviour and client servicing. Organised workshops in the area of Telephonic skills, Interview, Telemarketing and Art of Negotiation
Also a full time faculty serving as a Sr. Lecturer teaching students in the area of Communication skills, Business English, Customer Behaviour and Report preparation.
She is an active member of IIC, responsible in organizing corporate meets, where the students get first hand knowledge of the ongoing management practices in the industry. Interacting with companies for both Summer as well as Final Placements.

Ms. Kamaldeep Kaur has commenced her education at Navyug School, Delhi, has done MBA with dual specialization in Human Resource & Marketing & M.Sc. in Textiles & Clothing from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya Indore. She has also done a diploma course in Export – Import Management and is currently pursuing her Diploma in HRD. She has over 4 years of corporate and academic work experience and is an active member of the Industry Interaction Cell with a strong presence in the Placement activity, organizing internationally reputed seminars and conferences and supporting Guest Lectures for the students.

She is an M.B.A. from Amity University, Noida with a dual specialization in International Business and Human Resource Management.
She is currently pursuing her PhD in Human Resource Management.
