AIBS firmly believes that learning is more effective and joyful if the learners are actively involved in doing various things. This way the learning also becomes student-centric and students learn to think independently. To give due weightage to serious and constant participation of students in various activities, in addition of different courses, the students are graded on extra curricular activities. These activities essentially include the student's participation and contribution in the annual International Business Summit (INBUSH), Convocation, winter festival, seminars, EDPs / MDPs, cultural activities, PGP committee functions, placements, hostel related activities, sports, quizzes, debates & elocution, activities organised by the Mentors, general conduct of the student etc. Various student committees and clubs under the guidance of a faculty member facilitate such participation enabling demonstration of latent capabilities in students. Assessment of the participation in various activities is done by the Mentors, committee / club coordinators along with others involved in the activities.
