The Industry Interaction Cell (IIC), an innovative and unique concept for a management institute, has been set up with an objective of bringing industry and academia close to each other. IIC is a nodal centre which acts as a resource centre for faculty, students and Industry. In addition to organising Management Development Programs, Consultancy, Research and In-company Training Programs, industry visits, Guest lectures, CEOs Forum, Quizes, corporate get-togethers, Alumni interaction etc. IIC actively involves students in various activities to develop the Participative Managerial Effectiveness. IIC also helps students by counseling them to choose an appropriate career depending on their aptitude and interest. It helps find the student, appropriate summer project and final placements. Students actively participate in formulating strategies for various events, industry summer and final placements. They, then closely work with IIC in securing placement for all students. The placement activity is entirely managed by the students under the guidance of faculty and IIC Team.
