Prof. (Dr.) Madhulika Jha, an academician and academic administrator, is the Director of Amity Institute of English and Business Communication, AMITY University. In her 29 years of academic experience she served as a Lecturer and later, Reader, in the Department of English, Bhagalpur University and later guided the inception of AMITY Institute of English and Business Communication as a constituent unit of AMITY University Uttar Pradesh. The Institute has been since then on its path to achieve excellence and become a trend setter in higher education in her able leadership. She is a prolific contributor to the academia with her specialization in linguistics and language teaching and Doctorate in English literature from Bhagalpur University. She is experienced in teaching a variety of courses in diverse settings. She has expertise in curriculum development and design with strategic planning for academic development in higher education. She is also an active member of the English Language Teachers Association of India. She is a member of International Association of Teachers of English as a foreign language (IATEFL) (UK). She has several papers and books to her credit.

Dr. Walunir teaches English Literature to the Under-graduate, Post Graduate, M. Phil and Ph, D students of the institute. He is the Academic Coordinator, Examination In-charge and Placement Cell (Member) of the Institute. As a Member of Board of Studies of the Institute, he has been a part of the Curriculum development of a number of Courses/Programmes of the University. He is also a member of Department Research Committee and various Student Research Committees.
He has presented various papers on folklore in National Seminars and Workshops. He gives motivational speeches in varied programmes organised by NGOs. He writes extensively for NGO publications and has also been the Chief Editor of a number of NGO Magazines.

Dr. Shuchi Agrawal, faculty in AIESR since 2008, has a teaching experience of six years in English and Business Communication. She has been a Gold Medallist during her graduation and post-graduation. She has also qualified NET and SLET (Rajasthan) in English. She has, to her credit, a number of research papers published in scholarly journals that reflect her wide range of scholarship. The recent international launch of her book A Study of Philip Roth: An American Best-seller Novelist has added a feather in her cap.

Dr. Brinda Chowdhari is an academician and a seasoned training professional. She worked as a Lecturer, Linguistics in Delhi University for about 6 years and has Industry experience of about 6 years working with well known companies namely, British School of Language New Delhi, NIIT New Delhi, Spanco Tele Systems Mumbai, HCL Noida. She has travelled all over India and trained in well known companies like Electronic Data System, Pune, Electronic Data System Mumbai, Birla Soft, Chennai, Birla Soft, Banagalore, D.E. Shaw Hyderabad, IBM Daksh Delhi. She has worked as a Training Manager with HCL Noida. She has also published articles on Applied Linguistics in the Indian Journal of Applied Linguistics and has worked with SCERT, writing English course books for primary and Middle schools. She is also a trained classical musician and a singer and is a regular performing artist at All India Radio, Akashwani, and New Delhi. Presently, she is with Amity University, AIEBC as a Faculty and is teaching courses in ‘Business Communication’ and ‘Communication Skills’ for MBA, M. Tech, M.Sc. programmes and conducting corporate trainings on behalf of Amity.
