  • Through Reqest-A-Form Service. Call 1600-11-0000 (toll free), 0120-2445252 or click here and give your details. A form will be couried to you. You can pay the form cost of Rs 1100 in cash to the courier man.
• Complete the application form with care.
• Fill in the Online Data Form at www.amity.edu/myadmission with your form number and password.
• Submit the duly filled in Application forms with certified copies of certificates/testimonials to the admission office of the respective campus you are applying to.
