Art and culture not only plays an integral of our Amitian tradition and ethos, but also is a part and parcel of our holistic educational system. The atmosphere is abuzz with a positive energy of growth. This leads to multi-dimensional growth of each and every Amitian.
Special assemblies and tributes through festivities familiarize the children with important festivals, instilling in them a great sense of pride in our culture, values and nation.
Thematic learning by the children, especially in the Nursery and KG classes have them participating in various theme parties on a monthly basis. This fosters “learning by doing” as they dress up, participate in the various activities, enjoy themselves and experience concepts in the “real” and “concrete”. An exhilarating way to learn!!

INTER-AMITY PATRIOTIC MUSIC COMPETITION held on 22nd August 2007 saw all the Amity School participating with enthusiasm and great fervour. The aim of the event was to inculcate the healthy spirit of competition and patriotism for the Motherland.
SPICMACAY VIRASAT 2OO7 hosted by AIS, Noida on 6th September 2007 when the great Padamshree and Padma Vibhushan Awardee, Pandit Shiv Kumar Sharma and Sh. Deepak Kalra gave a classical music recital.
AMITY UTSAV 2007, the two-day Inter-school cultural fiesta to commemorate Founder’s Day (13th and 14th September 2007) saw wholesome competition, contagious enthusiasm and camaraderie as 1300 students from 30 prestigious schools from Delhi and NCR participated in 25 events spanning from classes 1 to 12, bringing to the fore, nifty presentations that unleashed creativity and ingenuity.
GRANDPARENTS’ DAY CELEBRATIONS on 20th and 21st September 2007 by the kiddies of Nursery and K.G. to make their dearly grandparents fell loved and cherished.
