We recognize the need and importance of games and sports activities for the development of the all round personality of a child. ‘SPORTS- A WAY OF LIFE’ is our aim. We provide a variety of games and sports facilities such football, basketball, taekwondo, skating, table tennis, chess, athletics, yoga, rifle & pistol shooting, archery and cricket based on the need and interest of the child which helps the child to understand that a sound and fit body is a pre-requisite for scholastic development. There are many values such as team work, self control, discipline, courage, confidence, perseverance, determination and a sense of belongingness that can be instilled among the children through a wide range of games and sports performance.





Education now-a-days is a changed concept. The method and terminology of teaching is changing day by day for the improvement of the total education process. Physical Education plays a vital role in this modern era. Education through physical activities is a vital instrument of education. On the account of universal acceptance of these views and to have healthy individuals who are fit to face the various challenges of life, it is important to lay emphasis on the medium of physical Education .

Physical Education is a process which develops the wholesome personality of an individual i.e. socially, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

Physical Education is the sum of the changes in the individual caused by the experiences centering in motor activity.

It is that phase of education that deals with big muscle activities and their related responses
