Admission Form can be downloaded using “Download Forms” from our website www.amity.edu/apw , or can be purchased at a cost of Rs.250/- from Amity Polytechnic for Women, Amitycampus, E-3-Block, Sector 125, Expressway, Noida, or from Amity Centres :E-25 Defence Colony & B-1/623 Janakpuri. You will be required to deposit Rs 250/- in cash/by demand draft along with the Application Form if you download it from the internet.
