Amity Polo Cup

The Amity Polo Cup, now in its 10th year, is one of the largest attended and
awaited tournaments in the Delhi Polo Calendar.

As per Amity’s philosophy of Nation Building, the Amity Polo Cup,
organised by the Amity Riding and Polo Academy for the Amity Humanity Foundation,
raises awareness and support towards the education of underprivileged children.

Established in 2001 as a registered NGO under the aegis of Amity, the Foundation encompasses the entire gamut of humanitarian and CSR activities with the aim of helping the underprivileged sections of the society

It has, since inception, undertaken extensive projects and programmes in the areas of education of underprivileged children through a chain of schools – Amitasha and Atulasha

It has also initiated other projects aimed at transforming the lives of marginalized sections of the society like creating livelihood opportunities for women, rehabilitation of specially-abled persons, rural upliftment and community health, among others.

AMITASHA

Amitasha was established in the year 2000 as an initiative of
Amity Humanity Foundation with
35 girl students with the mission
to offer free education to the
underprivileged girls of the society
Today, Amitasha runs
over 5 schools where
over 1,000 underprivileged
girls get educated for free
Under the able guidance of professionally qualified teachers, Amitasha provides free education from Nursery to Class XII, which includes books, uniforms, free meals and health care
Apart from academics,
the girls are also given
vocational training so
that tomorrow they become
economically independent

ATULASHA

Atulasha was established
in the year 2011 to educate
boys from the economically
weaker sections of the society
Atulasha provides free education,
uniform, books and stationery
to the students and takes care
of their health and diet
Presently, over 500 boys
are being provided
schooling, right from
Nursery to Class VIII
In addition to formal education, the students are also encouraged to pursue their interests in extra-curricular activities so that they can excel in sports and performing arts
