How to get to NOIDA?
NOIDA is a part of India's National Capital Region. The best way to reach NOIDA is via Delhi. The town is located at a distance of 15 kilometers from the Indira Gandhi International Airport and 10 kms. from New Delhi railway station. It is well served by road and rail links. Delhi is well-connected through rail and air to all the corners of India and the world. The institute can arrange for airport pickup on request. Pre-paid taxis can also be availed from the airport/railway station to NOIDA.

New Delhi, the capital of India, sprawled over the west bank of the river Yamuna is one of the fastest growing cities in India. Jama Masjid
Jama Masjid is the largest mosque in India, and stands across the road from the Red Fort. Built in 1656, it is an eloquent reminder of the Mughal religious fervour. Its spacious courtyard holds thousands of the faithful who offer prayers.

India Gate
India Gate is a majestic high arch, 42 meters high, built as a memorial to the Indian soldiers killed in the World War I. Beneath it burns an eternal flame. From the base of the arch one can get a good view of the Rashtrapati Bhavan.

Parliament House
This circular shaped colonnaded building houses the two Houses of Parliament- the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha. Its domed Central Hall is 90 feet in diameter.

Red Fort
Delhi's most magnificent monument, the Red Fort, was built by Emperor Shah Jehan, in 1638 A.D. Enclosed in this glorious Fort is Diwan-i-am, the hall meant for public audiences; Diwan-i-Khas, where private audiences were granted; Rang Mahal, the water cooled apartment of the royal ladies; the Pearl Mosque, a lovely, ornate dream in white marble. The Prime Minister of India addresses the nation from this age old Fort, on the auspicious day of India’s Independence.

Qutab Minar
The Qutub Minar made of red sandstone rising to the height of 72.5mts is an architectural marvel of the 13th century. Also a must is the visit to Ashoka Pillar dating back to the 5th century. Though made of iron it has withstood the weathers of time.

Agra

Agra, situated 150 KMs east of NOIDA is the most celebrated capital of the Mughal sovereigns (1526 to 1658). Many splendid buildings of that time are still there to be seen, among them the fortress built by Akbar, within the walls of which are the Palace of Shah Jahan and the Pearl Mosque.

Taj Mahal
Taj Mahal is sheer poetry in marble, majesty and magnificence, unrivalled. It took 22 years in the making. An estimated 20,000 people worked to complete the enchanting mausoleum, on the banks of the Yamuna.

Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary
One of the finest bird parks in the world, Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary (Keoladeo Ghana National Park) is a reserve that offers protection to faunal species as well. Nesting indigenous water- birds as well as migratory water birds and waterside birds, this sanctuary is also inhabited by Sambar, Chital, Nilgai and Boar. More than 300 species of birds are found in this small wildlife park of 29-sq-kms of which 11-sq-kms are marshes and the rest scrubland and grassland.
