A workshop on complaints management in service industry was organized in our campus on 11th and 12th December, 2006.
Shri S.V.Mony, Secretary General Life Insurance Council, as chief guest inaugurated and presented the theme of workshop giving an insight into the nature of complaints and the need for prompt readdressal for retention of customers .He also called for an attitudinal shift in looking at the complaints as an opportunity.
