How may intake cycles are there in a year? Can I apply anytime during the year?

There will be two admission intakes during the year( January & July), but the admissions are likely to remain open throughout the year.

What are the timings /modes available to attend evening classes?

The Evening degree options mirror the content and structure of the day- time programmes, but are delivered on Flexible option viz Weekdays during the evening hours 2 pm to 7 pm or 6 pm to 9 pm) and on Saturdays & Sunday 9 am – 5 pm)

Can I apply for two different graduate programs at the same time?

You may consult more than one department and check your admissibility, but you may not apply to two different programs at the same time. There has to be a minimum of six months gap between two different application.

What are the eligibility entry requirements of various Evening programs?

For UG programmes 10+2 or equivalent from recognized boards. For PG programs 10+2+3 or equivalent. (GDPI & Written test wherever applicable)

Is work experience a must? Or will they add any advantage during admissions?

Working professionals and prior work experience will be given preference.

What is the fee structure? And modes of payments?

Students are required to pay first semester fee as well as academic security fee in full as per the deadline specified in the selection letter.

How will I be taught and by whom?

There will be interactive classroom session to be conducted by expert senior faculty members of each domain from within the main university. Besides, there will be a high ratio of industry experts interacting and taking sessions on regular basis.

Are Amity Evening program degrees fully recognized?

Yes, they will be fully recognized from applicable statutory bodies, as they will be issued by Amity University, which is a UGC recognized, NAAC ‘A’ Grade University.

When are the exams conducted during the year?

There will be semester system, each of six months duration and exams are likely to be conducted at the end of each semester.

Can I defer my examinations to next semester(s)?

Yes, one can defer semester, subject to approval from the University’ competent authority.

Are there any opportunities to study abroad during a program?

Yes, a student can participate in Amity’ Global Universities’ Partners Programs, undertaking 1-2 years at Amity India campus and rest years of the program in the partner university as an advance entry either at UK, USA and Australian partner universities, depending upon the program requirements & eligibility criteria’s.

What is the admissions process for international applicants?

International applications are evaluated in the same manner as an Indian applicants. Application processing may take longer due to the review of foreign academic transcripts, equivalency and financial documents. We strongly encourage all international applicants to submit application materials early to expedite the admissions process.

Can we get hostel accommodation within campus?

Subject to availability, University may decide to extend such facility.

Is someone available to assist me during the times’ I am on campus?

Yes, there will a dedicated team of academic champions, which will work to assist a student on all queries and support needed.

Are there opportunities for financial aid or assistance?

At Amity, financial limitations cannot be allowed to restrict career dreams. In view of that, the Institution has also tied up with premier banks to offer easy Education Loans to students. Most Banks in the country offer attractive education loans for students. For the benefit of prospective students at AMITY, we have tied up with premier nationalized banks Oriental Bank of Commerce and Allahabad Bank.
