In this volatile economic scenario where change is the only thing which is constant, it is about survival of the fittest. This is only possible if one is constantly upgrading oneself by acquiring certain skill sets which are most critical to success. The workshop was aimed at enabling better decision-making capability, increasing ones competence, skill-sets and exposing oneself to the states of affairs in the world of business, globally as well as locally. The focus was to expose the participants to become and remain competitive and efficient in this global environment.

Dr. Singh who has a work experience of over 15 years in consultancy, research and teaching took the participants on the road to self renewal and spoke about inculcating qualities of an efficient leader, understanding mentor, dedicated worker, and an affectionate counselor. In order to be more illustrative and making the topic more absorbing Dr. Singh cited real life examples of corporate visionaries and supported his perspective with examples from the Bhagwat Gita, thereby helping the participants to realize the synergy between the mission and one’s path to achieve these goals. The self introspective exercises which were a part of this workshop, made the session more interactive and suggestive of understanding oneself and having a more focused approach towards life.

The workshop was well attended by professionals from leading multinationals and PSU’s in the corporate sector.
