Amity School of Engineering & Technology, Amity University Gurgaon organized MATLAB-I workshop for its Biomedical engineering students on 8th September by Mr Sandeep Panwar Jogi with the objective to expose and acquaint the students of Department of Biomedical Engineering with the application of MATLAB with hands-on-practice and set-up a standard of programming using MATLAB. Mr Jogi has expertise in Machine Learning, Medical Image Processing, 3D modelling, Creativity and Innovation. He has experience on software as LabVIEW, MATLAB, C++, TCL/TK, Materialise Mimic.
Mr Jogi briefed that MATLAB software provides the same tools that professional engineers and scientists use every day. with MATLAB and Simulink, the student can excel in their courses, have fun with projects, and build important career skills because MATLAB comes with a graphical interface with a text editor, the command window with the prompt. Students can write command lines to do all your needed operations: creation of arrays, arithmetic evaluations, draw graphs. During his session, he had covered topics like Introduction & Programming in MATLAB, Array & Matrix, Matrix Operation, Data Visualization and Presentation: Graphs, 2D plots, 3D plots.
