Industrial Visit- AAHAR 2018
Students of Amity School of Hospitality, Amity University Gurugram participated in “AAHAR-The International Food & Hospitality Fair”, New Delhi organised by India Trade Promotion Organisation (The Premier trade promotion body of the Govt. of India) in Pragati Maidan on 16th March 2018.
“AAHAR – The International Food & Hospitality Fair”, New Delhi is one of Asia’s best-known brands in food & hospitality shows sourcing global vendors and professionals. During the visit Students experienced the presence of hundreds of leading chefs, owners & professionals and got the chance to interact with them and get professional exposure. Fair was focused on new concept, trends, equipment's etc related to the Hospitality Industry, which provides well managed platform to gather information and experience a lot of new and emerging trends adopted by the hospitality Industry. There was a display of equipment's of all major department i.e. Food-Production, F&B Service, Housekeeping, Front-Office, Engg. & Maintenance, Safety etc, which gave lively experience to students.
