The topic of the guest lecture was “ Professionalization of Family Business - Challenges & Opportunities”
The main objective of the event was to acquaint the students with various challenges and opportunities that a family business faces when the family business grows, and for expansion professionalization of business processes becomes necessary. Further, students were also exposed to the concept of social entrepreneurship and how a business can build sustainable competitive advantages while working at bottom of pyramid.
