Seminar on Advances in Numerical Techniques in Engineering
The guest speaker explained the functions of geosynthetics material as separator, filter, drainage, reinforcement and fluid barrier. The wide applications of geosynthetics in various civil engineering sectors such as road construction, embankments, retaining walls, tunnels etc were described.
