Moot Courts are the platform to equip law students with the practical learning exposure related to the crucial aspects of court proceedings, oral arguments, researching and writing the memorials & best court practices.
At Amity University Gurugram regular moot courts have been conducted to enable students to analyse and argue both sides of hypothetical legal cases before professors, lawyers, retired judges & jurists who serve as judges using procedures modelled after those employed in state and federal appellate courts. Such exposure further helps students during their career.
