Amity Institute of Biotechnology, Amity University Rajasthan, Jaipur organized first meeting of Industry Advisory Council on 21^st December 2018. The meeting started at 11.00 AM at conference room at AUR campus. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Vinay Sharma, Director, AIB and Dean Academics, AUR.

Prof. Sharma welcomed the experts from industries and shared his experience regarding the industry-academia association progress since 1990s. He further explained about various such initiatives including BIRAC programme of Government of India. He also discussed the problems of industry ready graduates.After the address by Prof. Sharma, the guests were welcomed by President and Pro-president, AUR by presenting the traditional turban, floral bouquet and memento.

Prof. Patil welcomed the experts from industries and requested the experts to give their valuable suggestions related to curricula, assessments and project-based learning in order to make industry ready graduates. 

After the address by president Amity University movie was screened to give a complete view of AUR to the guests.

Thereafter, Director-AIB Prof Vinay Sharma introduced AIB in detail by a power point presentation. He explained course delivery plan, course learning outcome, Program learning outcome and program mapping, amizone-facility and extracurricular activities at AIB and the he invited the experts to deliberate the issue to be addressed.
