Admission Application Forms can be downloaded from here or may be obtained from AMITY LUCKNOW CAMPUS, Viraj Khand -5, Gomti Nagar Scheme, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. A processing fee of Rs 1100 to be paid while submitting the form.
