Amity School of Languages is noted not just for academic brilliance but also for its innovative initiatives to produce exemplary success stories in different fields. Following the legacy of our successful journey we had yet another shot at a resourceful initiative in the form of a five day workshop under the able guidance of our honorable director and eternal inspiration Prof Dr Kum Kum Ray ma’am on various subjects in which every matter of significance was discussed, articulated and assessed by highly qualified and eminent scholars.
The key speakers were Dr Ghanshyam Sharma; Official Language Manager, Reserve Bank of India, Dr Srishti Dhaon; OSD to District Magistrate Lucknow, Prof Reena Mitra and Prof Jaya Srivastava. There were active interactions between the speaker and the audience. No wonder ‘we learnt something’ was a resounding refrain across the hall throughout. It really gave us a fair peek into a developing and promising future of our celebrated family.
