Amity University Jharkhand, 31/10/2018: Amity College Of Commerce And Finance Organizes “FINANCIAL FIZZ” with a focus on digitalization and Government Social security schemes.
Commemorating Vigilance Awareness week, the Commerce Club-“BATLIBOI” of Amity University Jharkhand organised an awareness program on financial inclusion, social security and digital banking. The event started with the address of the Prof. (Dr.) Raman Kr. Jha, Hon. Vice-Chancellor, Amity University Jharkhand.
Prof. (Dr.) Ajit Kr. Pandey, Director, Amity University Jharkhand said that this is a burning topic in the area of Commerce & Finance and awareness is required for the same. The chief guest for the event was Dr. Niraj Kumar Chaturvedi, HR Head Ranchi/Jameshedpur, Bank of India who was there to address the event along with Mr. Subendu Ghosh, Head of marketing, Ranchi zone. Mr. Tejaswar Pattnaik, Zonal Manager, Bank of India also addressed on the issues of digital banking. He informed the students about the return investment as well as the banking sector which is full fledged with multiple opportunities than any other sector. He said that "everyone studying here can't be the best but can definitely be better if they strive willingly for what they aspire". The event was organized under the guidance of Commerce department of Amity University Jharkhand. The students actively engaged themselves in the seminar, extempore and quiz competition. The event successfully ended with the active participation of the faculties and the students of Amity University Jharkhand.
