It is very crucial for you to read these guidelines below and acknowledge acceptance before submitting your vacancy online. These policies and guidelines will ensure that the recruiting process works smoothly for you.

• A student can apply in as many companies as he/she would like to, but would have to appear for the interview if short-listed.


• The FIRST OFFER- received has to be mandatorily be accepted; i.e. once selected for the “Final Placement” by a company, the student would be considered as placed.


• If a student is short-listed by the company directly from the Recruitment Guide / Amity Online Recruitment Website, it would be optional for the student to appear in the interview.


• The students are advised to not contact companies, on an individual basis. If they are found guilty of doing so they would be debarred from the placement activities.


• If a company doesn’t comply with the job profile and salary as disclosed during the PPT, a selected student would have the option of accepting and rejecting the offer within 2 days after getting the conformation from the company. Any controversial case would be subjected to further review by DDG ACRC.


• It is compulsory for all the students to attend the PPT’s. In case a student is found missing in more than 2 PPT’s , he/she shall be relegated to the last priority for the placement through campus.
