• Conference Souvenir (Abstract Booklet)
• Publication Fee for Conference Proceedings for Journals

Note:

• Registration fee non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Registration fee does not include accommodation charges.
• All the delegates/authors must carry at least one original & valid ID card with them at the Conference Venue.
• A photo copy of the same to be submitted at the Registration Desk.
• In addition, if an author has opted for student category then s/he must carry original Student ID card to be shown at the registration desk. A photo copy of the same to be submitted at the Registration Desk.
• Certificate of Presentation will be issued to the registered author only.
• Please Note No Travelling Allowances will be given to any of the Participants.
• All payments should be sent at the earliest so that your participation (and accommodation if required) could be confirmed and necessary arrangement could be made well in advance to avoid any inconvenience at the last stage.
• Organising Committee reserves the right at all times to make any changes to the TRACE 2016 Conference Program/Schedule in its sole discretion.
• Organizing Committee will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury to persons or property during the Conference.
