Essential Qualifications:

M.Sc. in Chemical Sciences/ Nanotechnology/ Materials Sciences/Biotechnology/Chemical Biology

Desirable Qualifications:

Following capabilities are highly expected from desired candidate. 1) functional materials synthesis, 2) chemical synthesis and intracellular studies, 3) therapeutic application experiments, 4) strong writing and communication skills, 5) aim for pursuing PhD under same project

Preference will also be given to candidates who are willing to pursue PhD under the same project in AICCRS, Amity University with CSIR and UGC NET Fellowship.

Age limit:

Dr. Saikat Dutta, Associate Professor & Ramalingaswami Fellow is looking for enthusiastic and sincere PhD student for working in the areas of biocomposite materials based therapeutics, novel functional materials for charge storage, energy and agricultural applications. Initially student may join with self-funding and later funding support may be offered based on the availability of funding.

We are also looking for promising postdoctoral researcher candidate who are interested to join in the above research areas with their own PDF funding support such as National Postdoctoral Fellowship (NPDF), UGC-DSK PDF and similar. Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in Chemistry with specialization/experience in Physical chemistry/Electrochemistry/Nanomaterials chemistry/Materials Sciences
Desirable Qualifications:

Following capabilities are highly/strictly expected from desired candidate. 1) Electrochemistry and electrochemical process including electrode fabrication/fuel cell fabrication techniques and skills, 2) functional nanomaterials synthesis and electrochemical/fuel cell applications, 3) spectroscopic and microscopic imaging-based nanomaterials characterization, 4) Must pursue PhD under same project, 5) Must take the responsibility of developing my Electrochemical Energy Research Laboratory (a new research facility) under same project, 6) Strong scientific manuscript/document writing and communication skills. (only sincere and serious candidates are encouraged to apply)
