Amity Institute of Nanotechnology, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida is India’s first Institute of offers Nanotechnology education in Bachelors, Masters and PhD level. Research is in AINT’s core heart and thus DST, Govt. of India twice awarded Fund for Improvement of S&T Infrastructure (FIST) to it. We are organizing a 5 days virtual faculty development program from 18 -22nd Jan 2022. This e-FDP is expected to be a common platform to present, discuss and exchange innovative research ideas in the emerging field of nanoscience and nanotechnology. For young researchers and student, it will be an opportunity to hear and learn from renowned speakers in this field. Also, it will provide an interface between industry and academia to develop relevant technology to meet the social demands.

Objectives of eFDP:
  1. Foster new ideas and knowledge in faculty members towards the use of engineered nanomaterials for diverse application
  2. Initiate and promote adoption of novel properties of nanomaterials for surface engineering and modification of nanomaterials into various sectors information technology, homeland security, medicine, transportation, energy, food safety, and environmental science, among many others
  3. Explore a good collaborative academic and research relationship with the eminent speakers and other participants.
