Entrepreneurship Cell is at the core of Amity School of Business, aims to nurture management students with entrepreneurial spirits to create the next generation entrepreneurs. An E-Cell was established in 2010 and since then, organizes various events where students come up with innovative and creative activities. The Entrepreneurship Cell is a conglomerate of individuals with a vision, a dream. It is a place for all those who shirk from taking beaten paths and believe in leaving trails in all walks of life. Thus, the E-Cell cherishes the latent Entrepreneurial dreams of young students through organizing various activities & events. Since 2009 E Cell ASB organized E-WEEK in the month of October which includes various activities for the students to showcase their entrepreneurial ability with creative thoughts.

Events by E-Cell

  • Entrepreneurship Week -• E Cell club of ASB organizes E Week every year to fuel the spirit of the entrepreneurship among students. E-Week includes various business games, resource hunt, wealth out of waste, and E-Mela to build an entrepreneurial ecosystem. All the activities are planned and organized by the student teams of E Cell club. Its student driven cell where more than 150 student members collective design and develop creative and innovative activities, where all students can showcase their business acumen that they learn under the guidance of faculties, mentors and alumni. The E Mela is one of the event that is looked forward by all, as students put up their stalls to showcase their creative and innovative ability. More than 300 students participate every year in this event. The jury member evaluate their stalls based on creativity, business strategy, team and stall management, marketing skills.
  • Interactive Sessions - • E CELL Club of ASB also organises various interactive session every year such as E_COLLOQUE, E talks, E summit with an objective to ignite the spirits of entrepreneurship among the students and also to create awareness about latest trends in the market.
  • Workshops - The E-Cell club organizes various guest lectures and workshops to upgrade the skill set of the budding entrepreneurs on various topics such as “How to write an effective Business Plan” the trainer was Dr. MARK NYGREN who currently serves as director for the Entrepreneurship Program at BYU-Idaho and ENACTUS advisor. Other workshops were on Public speaking, Digital marketing, Financial Projection Analysis, Gender sensitivity, Handling labour issues in small businesses, effectiveness of leadership and communication skills, etc.
