ASET offers more than thirty eight Programmes of which seven are the B.Tech Programmes, one B.Tech + M.Tech Dual Degree Program, four B.Tech + MBA Dual Degree Programmes, twenty six M.Tech Programmes. Department of Computer Science & Engineering was formed in 2003 at Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida. Since its inception, the department has been recognized all over the world for excellence in research and teaching. It also provides a supportive, friendly and challenging environment for teaching, learning and research.
Today, the Department has a vibrant student body numbering about 2081 and almost every faculty member is PhD. The Department also offers several attractive international exposures in terms of student exchange program, Industrial Internship, Minor Project and Major Project for UG and PG Programs.
Department is nurtured by its clubs/committee and research groups. These clubs offer students the chance to gain experience in their interest areas and network with their peers. Each research group holds regular meetings and hold seminars to discuss current research topics and results.
Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida campus is organizing CyberCup 2023 as Pre-Confluence 2023 event. CyberCup is 24 Hours hackathon, starting 18th January 2023, 9:00AM in the morning and shall culminate with inauguration ceremony of CONFLUENCE 2023. The event invites participants from different technical institutions throughout the nation who shall code continously for 24 Hours & compete for exciting cash prizes. The problems statement will be based on very exciting themes namely, IoT & Robotics, Cybersecurity & Blockchain and Healthcare.
This event is going to be a once in a lifetime opportunity for students who will get a chance to work on real life problems. Additionally, to keep the spirit of the event more lively and vibrant, the event shall include mentoring from industry professionals and academic experts during each round of evaluation. To keep students motivated during the 24 Hours hackathon, flash mobs and yoga session will be organised.
IoT enables different ways to ease human life whereas robotics is amalgmation of artificial intelligence and machine learning with IoT. The Theme will think of solution on to IoT & Robotics.

Cybersecurity is of atmost importance attributted to today's digital world. On the other hand, blockchain gives the power of authentication to participant of system. Thus, the domain of cybersecurity empowered with blockchain is going to be really exciting domain to work upon.

Cash prizes for Winner, 1st and 2nd runner up in each category (INR 35,000/theme).
Three rounds of evaluation where 1st round shall focus on looking at how the teams choose to move with the problem which includes problem understanding, feasibility study & litrature review. In the end of the round, the evaluators and mentors shall help the participants to get closer to solution. In round 2 & 3, the participants shall be evaluated for how much they could solve the problem considering the situation in hand.

CyberCup 2023 will be held from 9 a.m., 18th January, 2023 till 9 a.m., 19th January, 2023 at Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida campus, Sector 125, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Students of age above 18 associated with any university/college can participate in this event.
No prerequisites required to be eligible to participate. Basic coding and problem solving skills required.
Students can participate either individually or in a team of maximum size 4.
A registration fee of Rs 500/- per team for CyberCup 2023.
Students cannot participate remotely as the rounds of evaluation will be held at Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida campus from 9 a.m., 18th January, 2023 till 9 a.m., 19th January, 2023.
