The Digital Integrated Circuit Design Lab uses Mentor Graphics Software which helps us to understand the working of long and short channel MOSFETs. This lab helps us to analyze the delay and power of CMOS circuits and design combinational and sequential digital integrated circuits to perform various functions. The lab introduces the optimization techniques and their performance of circuits for delay and power to students. This lab also helps us to organize circuits on chips to minimize cross connections and chip area.
