Frame Quest: Capture the Moment

Capture the world through your lens! Frame Quest is a visual storytelling challenge, where photographers freeze moments that speak a thousand words. Creativity, composition, and perspective take center stage!

General Rules:
Eligibility:

Open to all photography enthusiasts (individual participants only).

Theme:

Theme will be announced 48 hours before the event or given on the spot.

Submission Guidelines:
  • Participants must submit 10 original photographs taken during the competition timeframe.
  • Only minor edits (brightness, contrast, cropping) are allowed; AI-generated/manipulated photos are strictly prohibited.
  • Participants must create a collage using the submitted photographs for presentation, ensuring a cohesive and creative representation of their work.
Equipment Allowed:
  • DSLR, Mirrorless, Mobile Photography, or Drone (if permitted).
  • No stock images or pre-shot photos.
Judging Criteria:
  • Creativity & Concept – 30%
  • Composition & Framing – 25%
  • Lighting & Technical Skills – 20%
  • Relevance to Theme – 15%
  • Overall Impact – 10%
Submission Format:

JPEG/PNG format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.

Disqualification:

Late submission, use of copyrighted images, or excessive editing.

Participation & Registration:

Each college/institution can send a maximum of two participants for the competition.

Registration Fee:

Rs. 300/- per institution (non-refundable).

CineSprint: The Short Movie Showdown

Lights, camera, action! CineSprint is a short film competition, celebrating storytelling, cinematography, and creativity. Whether drama, documentary, or experimental—bring your vision to life on screen!

General Rules:
Eligibility:

Open to teams of 2-6 members (including director, actors, editors, etc.).

Theme:

Theme will be announced 48 hours before the event.

Film Duration:

The short movie must be between 3 to 10 minutes, including credits.

Language:

Films can be in any language, but English subtitles are mandatory.

Originality & Copyrights:
  • The film must be original and not plagiarized.
  • No copyrighted music, clips, or third-party content unless proper permissions are provided.
Technical Requirements:
  • Format: MP4 or MOV
  • Resolution: Minimum 1080p (Full HD)
  • Frame Rate: 24-30 fps
  • Aspect Ratio: 16:9 widescreen preferred
  • Audio: Clear, balanced sound with optimal background noise
  • Compression: H.264/H.265 codec recommended
  • File Size: Max 1GB
  • Submission: Via Google Drive, USB, or email 48 hours before the event
  • Editing: Basic color correction allowed; no excessive effects
  • Backup: Carry a USB backup to avoid technical issues
