Amity University Jharkhand Initiated a Three Day Workshop on "Faculty Academic Enhancement"
Amity University Jharkhand initiated a three-day workshop on "Faculty Academic Enhancement" on 11/7/2019. Vice Chancellor of Amity University Jharkhand Prof (Dr.) Raman Kumar Jha addressed the gathering and welcomed the chief guests Prof. (Dr.) Ramesh Sharan, Vice Chancellor of Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribag, and guests of honour Prof.(Dr.) Kaushik Kumar, Associate Professor, Dept of Mechanical Engineering, BIT Mesra and Prof. (Dr.) G. Sahoo, Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering, BIT Mesra. He also blessed the august gathering by his inspiring words of wisdom that "Each one of us is blessed with the purest form of talent, and the only thing which matters is to bring forward that talent with the mindset of giving". He also said that research is a lifelong endeavor and the need of the time.
The chief guest of the event Prof. (Dr.) Ramesh Sharan shared his experience and insight into the domain of research, technology for mankind and interdisciplinary research. He introduced some of the ways to achieve success in writing by reviewing of literature and observing others’ work to create a good and lasting output. He suggested to read a number of good books in order to become a good researcher.
The inaugural session was ended by the vote of thanks by the registrar of Amity University Jharkhand Mr. Prabhakar Tripathi. He said, we should not depend only on subjective knowledge instead it should be interactive including own thought process. He thanked the chief guests and all the members of the organizing committee in the successful planning and execution of the program.
