Amity Institute of Pharmacy, Amity University Gurugram organised an event on Innovation in the Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs, on 20^th September, 2023, as a part of the Innovation week celebration. A major objective of this event was to encourage students to embrace research and innovation as a fundamental part of their academic and professional journey. The event was coordinated by Dr. Asim Kumar and attended by 15 students.

The core element of the event was a competition where students presented innovative practices adopted by various pharmaceutical regulatory affairs agencies. These presentations highlighted novel and efficient approaches being employed in this field. The participating students also conducted a comparative study of regulatory requirements in different countries, illustrating how innovative practices were enhancing the efficiency of regulatory affairs. The best presentation was delivered by Pratham, who discussed "Strengthening Regulatory Affairs in Academics (STARS)" and covered recent developments in the regulatory landscape. The second-best presentation was by Sakshi, and Aparna followed in the third position.

In conclusion, the event successfully achieved its goal of promoting innovation, raising awareness about contemporary regulatory practices, and encouraging students to be more research-oriented in the field of pharmaceutical regulatory affairs.
