Amity Institute of Pharmacy in collaboration with Institution Innovation Council, Amity University Gurugram organised a Poster Presentation Competition on 21^st September, 2023 as a part of the Innovation week celebration. The event was coordinated by Dr. Asim Kumar, Dr. Kiran Sharma and Dr. Neha Minocha.

The primary objective was to sensitize and motivate students to not only learn about the latest trends in pharmaceutical sciences but also to effectively present them as posters in front of an audience. The students presented posters on a range of important and contemporary subjects, such as AI-based drug discovery, healthcare applications, drug and substance abuse, mental healthcare, drug resistance, adverse drug event reporting, and patient-centric drug therapy. The best presentation was delivered by Nivedita Sharma and Mansi Rohilla, who focused on the topic of "Nanomedicine." The second-best presentation was given by Sujeet and Vineet, discussing "Antibiotic Resistance Awareness." The third-best presentation was by Pratham Chaudhary and Tanishk, as well as Anuj Swarnkar and Dipika, who covered topics on "How Pharma Sectors Work" and "Drug Abuse," respectively. A total of 19 students and 5 Faculty members attended the event.

In conclusion, the Poster Competition successfully fulfilled its objective of promoting awareness of contemporary trends in pharmaceutical sciences and encouraging students to present their ideas effectively. The students showcased their knowledge through well-prepared posters containing diagrams and examples.
