Amity College of Nursing in collaboration with Amity Institute of Clinical Psychology, Amity University Gurugram organised a Mental Health Awareness Program at Farkharpur village under Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, on 1oth October, 2023.

The event aimed to empower student nurses with comprehensive knowledge about mental health and its connection to physical well-being. The B.Sc Nursing 7th Semester students conducted a health assessment camp and mental health awareness session in an engaging manner to inform the community about their physical health. The event highlighted the importance of understanding how physical parameters can impact mental health. A total 12 students and 2 faculty members participated in the event.

In conclusion, the event motivated nursing students to gain confidence and encouraging the audience to enhance awareness of mental health. The overarching goal was to empower young individuals to spread awareness about mental health and its profound impact on overall well-being.
