The Department of Medical Laboratory Technology at Amity Medical School, Amity University Gurugram organized a lecture titled "Conventional to Modern (Digital) Histopathological Techniques including Artificial Intelligence" on 8^th November 2023. The event was coordinated by Dr. Ranjay Kumar Choudhary, Professor and Head of MLT, AMS.

During the event, Dr. Ashwani Bhardwaj, Ph.D., Head of the Department at K.C Govt. Polytechnic for Women, who was present as the expert speaker, delivered an engaging presentation on the evolution of histopathological techniques, from traditional methods to cutting-edge digital and artificial intelligence-assisted approaches. Dr. Bhardwaj's lecture emphasized the transformative journey from conventional to modern histopathological techniques, highlighting the significant impact of artificial intelligence on pathology. He discussed how these advancements have revolutionized medical diagnostics and research, providing valuable knowledge to the students. A total of 30 students and 7 faculty members participated in the event.
