Amity Institute of Clinical Psychology organized a workshop on Time Management for students in professional courses on January 17, 2024. The session encompassed an overview of difficulties in time management, maintaining mental health through a healthy diet, coping mechanisms, and models for promoting positive mental health and preventing mental health issues in individuals.

The workshop aimed to address psychosocial issues related to time management by raising awareness and implementing prevention programs.
