A Society Outreach Program was organised by Solar Engineering Department, Department of Computer Science, Department of Electronics & Communication of Amity School of Engineering & Technology and Amity Institute of Pharmacy on May 9, 2024. The aim of the Health Camp was to implement the SEG project titled "Implementation of Community-Based Participatory Research Using Interdisciplinary Approach to Provide Healthcare Solutions for Women in Rural Haryana."

The objective was to analyse the data and recommend corrective actions to address healthcare needs. Additionally, the event aimed to utilize interdisciplinary collaboration, involving students from B Tech CSE and B Pharma, under the guidance of faculty members, to collect and record healthcare data using a mobile app and provide necessary counselling and dietary recommendations to participants.

The Health Camp successfully aligned with the objectives of the SEG project, demonstrating a commitment to community-based participatory research and interdisciplinary collaboration. The involvement of students from diverse disciplines, under the guidance of faculty members, ensured the effective collection and recording of healthcare data. The event not only provided valuable insights into the healthcare needs of women in rural Haryana but also facilitated counselling sessions and dietary recommendations for participants.
