The Amity Golf Tournament is an annual sporting event that brings together thought leaders from diverse arenas, from Senior Government Officials and Captains of Industry to Diplomats and Eminent Scientists. Though it is golf that brings these leaders together, the opportunity to network with some of India’s most respected leaders, is also a powerful driver. The Amity Golf Tournament is played in the Stableford format with teams of four golfers. The first Amity Golf Tournament was played in Jaipur, the second one happened in Delhi. The current third edition of the Tournament is being held at the Delhi Golf Club, where picture perfect greens make up a delightful 18-hole golf course. An invitation only Golf Tournament, here the passion for golf perfectly complements the drive to lead.
Amity Golf Tournament 2015 was a grand event that saw participation from the who's who of the industry, Government, scientific community and other arenas. The 2015 edition witnessed eminent personalities from different walks of life converging for a vibrant and keenly contested game of golf.
The winner of the Amity Golf Tournament 2015 was Kiran Sharma, while Capt J P Chowdhury was first runners up, and Col. J P S Paintal was second runners up. Played in the Stableform format, 25 four balls were played during the tournament. Hundreds of golf fans watched the tournament and cheered on their favourite golfers. It was a day in the Greens that will be remembered and cherished by everyone who was there.
