Diwali Celebration 2025 on 8TH October 2025 was organised by Shakti, Women Empowerment Society, AUH. Inspired by the essence of Diwali and Shakti’s commitment to women empowerment and community well-being, the event was designed to combine cultural celebration with conscious engagement.
The aim of the Diwali Celebration 2025 was to celebrate the spirit of Diwali as a festival symbolising light, hope, and new beginnings, while spreading joy, mindfulness, and empowerment within the community. Through the distribution of diyas, bindis, bangles, sweets, and stickers, the programme sought to promote cultural and traditional values, encourage positivity and generosity, and foster a sense of togetherness and inner strength among participants.
The Diwali Celebration 2025 concluded successfully, creating a vibrant and uplifting atmosphere marked by joy, cultural appreciation, and community bonding. The distribution of festive items effectively spread happiness and cheer, while reinforcing the significance of celebrating Diwali with meaning, mindfulness, and positivity.
