Star Alumni Talk

Office Of International Affairs Amity University Haryana organized Interaction With Star Alumni Of AUH. This session was mentored under Prof. (Dr.) Gunjan M. Sanjeev, Vice President-RBEF (Amity Group) Director-International Affairs Chairperson- International Accreditation.

The main objective of the event was to provide a platform to Star alumni of AUH share their experiences on how "internationalization" exposure transformed their professional and personal lives. These series will feature alumni who have been part of the international programs or were of a foreign nationality.

This session helps students to shape their personalities by helping them develop their confidence, being assertive and projecting a positive image.

Star Alumni:

One of them Ms. Dapinder Kaur completed her Master of Science (Clinical Psychology) in 2017-2019 and gained immensely from international exposure through Study Abroad Program. She is currently working as cognitive neuropsychologist at Life Care clinic and Clinical Assistant, NHS, Colchester, Essex, U.K. She is also pursuing her doctorate in Cognitive Neuropsychology from University of Essex, U.K..

The second accomplished alumni- Ms. Peace Olawale has been international student from Nigeria having completed her Bachelor of Science (Clinical Psychology) in 2016-2019 and Master of Science (Clinical Psychology) in 2019-2021 from Amity University Haryana. She is presently working as consultant psychologist at Caring Psychotherapeutic Initiative, Nigeria.

The session was appreciated by audience and observed the active participation from audience in the form of a large number of questions. Q & A session was co-moderated by Dr. Khushboo Tripathi (Coordinator Global Study Programme, AUH) along with two GSP students-Mr. Rohit and Mr. Chirag.The session was coordinated by Ms. Shaivy Sharma (Asst. Manager) and Mr. Mayank Chittora (Executive), Office of International Affairs.

Total no of 25 students and Faculties attended the session.
