A Workshop by ASFDT from 16th-20th September 2024
Amity School of Fashion Design & Technology celebrated ‘Innovation Week 2024’ from 16th to 20th September 2024. The students showcased their creativity and artistic skills by making innovative dresses using sustainable fabrics, embellished with different techniques of surface ornamentation to create unique works of art. The aim of the "Artful Attire" event, organized by ASFDT, was to provide students with a platform to showcase their creativity and innovation in fashion design. By engaging in new art forms and techniques, the event encouraged participants to explore fashion as a medium for personal and artistic expression. In conclusion, attendees were able to appreciate the transformation of garments and engage with the designers, fostering collaboration and inspiration within the fashion community. The event successfully celebrated innovation and artistic exploration, reinforcing ASFDT's commitment to nurturing creativity and skills in the next generation of fashion designers. It was a triumphant display of fashion as an expressive and transformative art form.
