Amity Institute of Pharmacy, Amity University Haryana organized a workshop “Importance of Profession Ready Training and Placement Program” on 13th May 2022. With an eminent expert Mr. Vishal Choudhary, Senior Manager, Clinic India Pvt Ltd. The objective of event was to enlighten students about various career domains in pharmaceutical and its allied sectors and what are the skill set required by them in order to grab opportunity.

Mr. Vishal gave a meticulous talk on topic “Importance of Profession Ready Training and Placement Program”. The idea and philosophy behind the talk was to make students aware about the pharma and its allied sectors such as clinical research, clinical data management, Pharmacovigilance and medical writing. He elaborated each and every domain in nitty gritty details. He further elaborated about the skill set required to cater the need of corporate. He emphasized that the current decade and upcoming the healthcare sector would change a lot and hence newer domain will be opened. So it would be right time for the students to undergo proper skilling and training. Mr. vishal outlines specific requirements of various companies working in the area of clinical research, pharmacovigilance and clinical data management.
