Border Movie Show was organised by ASH on 29^th January 2026. The aim of organizing the ‘Border’ movie screening under the AUH 24×7 Initiative was to enhance students’ understanding of the India–Pakistan War of 1971 through visual and narrative learning.

The event sought to familiarize students with the historical significance of the Battle of Longewala and to sensitize them to the themes of bravery, sacrifice, resilience, and patriotism demonstrated by Indian soldiers. It also aimed to instill a sense of national pride and appreciation for the armed forces among students by presenting history in an engaging and emotionally impactful manner through cinema.

The screening of Border provided students with a vivid and emotionally resonant understanding of the 1971 Indo–Pakistan War and the Battle of Longewala. The film’s portrayal of courage, sacrifice, and collective duty effectively deepened students’ historical awareness and patriotic भावना. Active participation by BHM and BTTM students reflected strong engagement and interest.
