Amity Institute of Pharmacy, AUMP organized a National E-Conference On “Novel Drug Delivery Strategies for the Treatment of Cancer” on 21st-22nd April 2022. Opening Remarks of the session was given by the Lt. General V. K. Sharma AVSM, Honorable Vice-Chancellor, Amity University, Madhya Pradesh. The E-Conference was started with the blessings of Maa Sarasvati in hybrid mode using the zoom platform. The first session was delivered by Dr. Anoop Kumar, Faculty, Department of Pharmacology, Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University, New Delhi on the topic “Pharmacoeconomic studies of NDDS in treatment of cancer”. He has discussed the role of pharmacoeconomic analysis and costs in the reduction of cancer burdenThe second session was delivered by Dr. Sharad Prakash Pandey, Faculty, Department of Pharmaceutics, Shri G. S. Institute of Technology and Science, Indore on “Role and significance of nano-carriers for the development of therodiagnostic in the management of cancer”. The session was followed by the scientific sessions including the oral presentations by delegates under various domains like Chemistry, Pharmacology, and Pharmaceutics in the thematic area of Novel Drug Delivery Strategies for the Treatment of Cancer. 
 
The second day of the E-conference began with the talk of Dr. Goutam Rath, Professor, Department of Pharmaceutics, Siksha 'O' Anusandhan Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar on the topic “Nanofiber based anticancer drug delivery platform”. He has highlighted the significance of nanotechnology in the fabrication of nanofibers and its application in cancer therapy. Dr. Natarajan Jawahar, Faculty, Department of Pharmaceutics, JSS University, Ooty initiated the fourth session by explaining the statistical tool “Design of Expert: An Optimizing Tool in Formulation Development”. The session was followed by the scientific sessions including the oral presentations by delegates and more than 60 scientific papers were presented during the scientific session. The concluding remark of the conference was given by respected Director, Dr. S. Mohanalakshmi, Amity Institute of Pharmacy, Amity University, Madhya Pradesh.
 
The E-Conference was successfully organized by the coordination of Dr. Neeraj Mishra, Dr. Jovita Kanoujia, Dr. M. Prathap, Dr. Satish Shilpi, and Ms. Ankita Kishore. The support of the scientific committee, disciplinary committee, and IT staff was appreciated for the successful organization of the conference. The conference was attended by more than 300 delegates from various institutions all over India. The event was ably guided and supported by Dr. S. Mohana Lakshmi, Director AIP. National E-Conference was well appreciated and received by all the delegates.
