Student's Progression is a decisive factor of successful completion of any program at the graduate or postgraduate level. Monitoring of students’ progression is a process that provides opportunities and support to the students to choose their career options on completion of their respective programs. It also navigates the institutions to use student performance data to continually evaluate the effectiveness of their teaching-learning process and be more informed to make decisions to develop industry-ready students.
Due to the Covid Pandemic, education institutions across the globe have shifted their teaching, learning, and assessment processes to the online/ hybrid mode. The future skills and job profiles are also changed to cater to the needs of the prevailing industry scenario. Further, National Education Policy 2020 (NEP2020) is emphasizing on integrating employability and skill development in the curriculum. It also focuses on the need for industry-academia collaborations for developing future-ready talent in Higher Education institutions.
In this context, a three-day International Conference on RE-ENGINEERING HIGHER EDUCATION FOR STUDENTS’ PROGRESSION: “SKILLSETS THAT WILL DOMINATE IN THE KNOWLEDGE & DIGITAL ECONOMY” is being organized from 24th -26th June 2021 in Virtual Mode by Amity University Uttar Pradesh.
The conference aims at bringing industry and academia on a common platform to understand and cater to the employment needs and future job skills in industry 4.0 and beyond. It will also explore the opportunities to strengthen industry-academia relationships through speeches, panel discussions, and other deliberations on various sub-themes.
400+ distinguished speakers including CEOs, Corporate leaders, HR Heads, Entrepreneurs, Start Ups and Alumni Achievers from diverse fields across the world will be deliberating on 75+ sessions (sector -wise) covered under 7 tracks, during this 3-days International Conference (ICSP’2021).
